This information is being shared with you to explain the procedures Cascades High School volition follow in the event of a day with city-broad emergency conditions or a major storm. The Chancellor will make an announcement to all public schools in the city on whether to close schools or filibuster their opening. This annunciation is made in consultation with other City officials. All authorized delayed openings will result in the regular starting time being two hours later.
